One more dark cloud of mystery surrounds the bizarre death of two-month-old Rhianna Anderson, who was allegedly bitten to death last month.
Autopsy reports have revealed that little Rhianna died from a blow to the back of her head and not from the bites of a four-year-old as people thought.
The Spanish Town police told THE STAR that investigators would be visiting Irish Pen, where the infant resided, in order to carry out further investigations.
Initial reports were that the baby's mother, 18-year-old Shelly Williamson, was at home on October 14 at about 10 a.m., when she decided to look after a meal. It was further reported that she heard the infant crying and upon returning, found her under the bed while a four-year-old girl, who was in the room, was said to have had bloodstains on her.
Rihanna was rushed to the hospital where she was examined and pronounced dead.
It was then alleged that the four-year-old was responsible for the death of the child.
THE STAR also learned that residents of the Irish Pen community were tagged as a result, being bad-mouthed by residents from other areas who began referring to the community as 'Vampire Pen'.
