Hard licks

Dear Pastor,

I am a working 23-year-old woman. I am a lesbian who has been with a couple of girls. Sometimes I experience discrimination from many of my co-workers. But this is who I am and I am not going to change. Can you help me to try and ignore them? They asked me and I denied it. My girlfriend said that I should admit it.

What should I do?

A.B., Jamaica

Dear A. B.,

How are you being discriminated? I wish you had explained that. If you have declared that you are not a lesbian, how can your co-workers discriminate against you about being a lesbian?

They asked you whether or not you were a lesbian and you said no. If you are trying to get some of your female co-workers to be your lovers, they may object to your advances and you may call that discrimination.

It is well known that some lesbians are bold faced and they are always seeking other women to join them in their lifestyle.

Pastor

And they carry on this behaviour, even in the workplace.

If you feel that you are being discriminated on your job, speak to your employer.

Pastor
