Portmore school advance in INSPORTS football league

Portmore schools continue to blow hot in the INSPORTS St Catherine Primary Football competition winning two out of three quarter-final round games on Tuesday, at the Social Development Commission (SDC) playing field.

Portmore's defending champions Waterford was the biggest winner of the day spanking Jericho 7-0 in zone four. Aleem Flemming scored a hat-trick for the victors, and Shane Watson supported with a brace.

Another Sunshine City school, Bridgeport blanked McCauley Primary 3-0, with Chris Anthony Campbell netting twice.

The only loss for Portmore schools was Greater Portmore's 0-1 loss to St John's Primary.

Meanwhile, the Portsmouth Old Harbour Bay game wasn't played, and is scheduled to play next week Wednesday.
