Two men were shot, one fatally, along the Stetting main road in Trelawny on Wednesday morning.

The dead man has been identified as Presley Downer, 41, of Stetting district in the parish, while injured is a 44 -year-old man.

Reports are that about 10:15 a.m., Downer and another man were riding a motorcycle along the road when they were attacked by an armed man. The man opened fire at them, hitting both men. They were taken to hospital where Downer died and the other man was treated.

The Clark's Town police are investigating.
