THE EDITOR, Sir:

Good day, I am a single parent with five children. Four are going to school without help from a father. If I can get some second- hand shoes for them I will be thankful. I am living with my parents but it is so full, anyone who can help me with some board, zinc or tile just to build a little roof over our head, I would be grateful. My father keeps saying his house is 'chuck up'. Please, anybody who sees my problem knows what it is like to live with parents and not be happy.
