The body of a male child believed to be about 4 months old was found on an open lot at Paddington Terrace, Kingston 10 on Wednesday morning.
Reports are that about 6:30 a.m., a passer-by discovered the remains on the open lot and called the police. The scene was processed and the body removed for forensic testing.
Investigations are being carried out by the Matilda's Corner police.
