Birth date: September 2

How did you get started in the business?

"Well, from a know myself, I always wanted to be an artiste. I grew up in Portland where Louie Culture was. He was the one that taught me to deejay."

What has been your greatest challenge in the business yet?

"Learning to deal with your personal problems and people."

What have you been up to lately?

"Jus sign to 'In The Streets' records and working on my album and finishing up the Alliance album, which features members of the alliance."

Do you look up to any specific artiste?

"Yeah, most artiste from before, a Louie Culture teach me fi deejay, Bounty Killer - a Beetle and Doogsie Ranks introduced me to him a Miami in 1992, and Round Head, who influenced me as a friend back then."

Are you happy with the way things are going for your career right now?

"Well yeah, I'm happy right now. I'm doing a lot of recordings and getting great airplay. I also have a new management team."

Anything you'd like to change about it?

"I would like to play instruments, 'cause when yuh go that route, yuh get to explore more as an artiste."

What is your future plans?

"Jus' continue doing music, until yuh venture off into different things."

Do you have any advice for young artistes coming up?

"Go to school, get a proper education and believe in what you believe."
