Harbour View look to extend lead in Under-21 league

Keisha Hill, Staff Reporter

Harbour View will be seeking to extend their six-point lead in the Coca-Cola National Under-21 League when they battle 10th place Seba United at the Harbour View Mini Stadium today at 6:00 p.m.

Harbour View have been in impressive form all season and lead the standings on 39 points, ahead of rivals Portmore United on 33. The latter will face bottom-of-the-table August Town, eight points, at the University of the West Indies.

Much-anticipated encounter

Third-place Waterhouse (31) will seek to improve their tally when they oppose Boys' Town (22) in a much-anticipated encounter at Collie Smith Drive. In their last encounter, Waterhouse defeated the Red Brigade 2-0 and have maintained their form for their last three encounters, defeating Seba 5-1, drawing 1-1 with Sporting Central and losing 2-1 to group leaders Harbour View.

Fifth-place Tivoli Gardens (25) will host Sporting Central Academy (25) at the Edward Seaga Stadium at 5:00 p.m. During Tivoli's last encounter they went down 3-2 to seventh-place Reno and will be looking to improve their chances against the newcomers from Clarendon.

In today's other games, St Georges (27) will host Reno (23) at Lynch Park and Arnett Gardens (21) will travel to the Elliston Wakeland Centre to play Village United.

All games are scheduled to begin at 3:30 p.m.
