Ex-stress

Dear Pastor,

I am a 17-year-old girl and I have a boyfriend who really loves me. My ex-boyfriend keeps calling me and I told him I have moved on. I thought telling my ex-boyfriend that I have moved on would lead him to leave me alone, but he still calls me and I don't answer. Now he keeps sending me text messages. I am confused about this. I don't want to lose my boyfriend because my mom and my family know about us and his mom and family know about us, too.

Pastor, I really need your advice about what I should do.

A.F., Portland, Jamaica

Dear A.F.,

Ignore your ex-boyfriend. However, you should tell your mother that he is constantly harassing you. Ask her to talk to him on your behalf.

Pastor
