In this weekly Muss Buss Caan Buss song review feature, three musical minds with different tastes analyse each song and grade it on vocal ability, lyrics, musical arrangement and appeal. Songs that make the grade will be dubbed 'Mus Buss', while songs that flop will be dumped in the 'Caan Buss' bin.
The three reviewers welcome feedback from the artistes and the public about the column. Witch: "Bwoy a di third big remix dis since year, Mavado and Jay Z, Sizzla and Mariah and now Usher and Assassin- di artiste dem a gwaan wid a ting sah."
Lady Boo: "Well basically dats nice but I don't know... two good looking men Usher and Assassin what could be wrong right dere? Oh and they're talented too."
Witch: "I heartily agree- dem hot sah dem need a video wid di two of dem widdout shirts on- woii! Mi bady a heat up."
X Factor: "Well already di girls dem a get wild and di tune sell off if yuh ask me.
Witch: "Mi hear people seh dem like di original more but mi like dis one betta, di likkle dancehall beat underneath it all and di part weh Assassin a croon bout di 'mini skirt mi like so can just mek it ride up like nobody beside us'- mi love it! It hatttt.....like Assassin."
Lady Boo: "Mi hate yuh! yuh fuss mi! mi really like dat part deh too..it just flow...yuh know."
Witch: "Great minds think alike...or in dis case two women lust alike...poor X Factor today."
X Factor: "Mek mi find sumting now fi seh bout di song cause my fellow reviewers are off on a tangent. Anyways, di original song did dun sell off already and Assassin being added to di remix just mek it more marketable in di dancehall arena. I don't think anybody should have a problem wid dis song."
Lady Boo: "In terms of di beat mi love how dem speed it up, di tempo alternate and it give it a nice likkle feel. Their voices are really different yet dem compliment each other."
Witch: "Assassin get hott now a days, a pure song him a run di place wid..mi hear one a Bembe waah night..it baaad. Mi tink dis will buss still."
X Factor: "Assassin time again a mean him did have a one time or a two tune a linger but now him deh back on top of his game. Yeah man dah tune yah sell off it mus buss."
Lady Boo: "Yeah it buss for me of course. Dis is a tune mi can see a mix wid di original in uptown parties and still play inna Bembe and other places."
