I have a boyfriend who likes to look at naked women on the computer. I told him I do not like it and he says he has stopped, but I cannot help but wonder why he has to do this.
Should I end what is otherwise a great relationship over this issue? Oh, and by the way, he says it is better to look at them on the computer and that I should not worry because he is not stepping out on me.

I believe that you are saying that your boyfriend is looking at pornographic material.
Psychological help
I would say that any man who spends much of his time looking at such pictures needs psychological help.
Now let me hurry to say, that nothing is more beautiful than the human body and every man who has a computer may from time to time see a naked woman on line. However, if that man daily spends time looking at these women, he is a sick man and needs help.
Your boyfriend told you that it is better for him to look at these pictures than have other women. What you ought to tell him is that it won't be long before he goes to clubs where women dance in the nude and have sex on stage with patrons.
