How did you get started in the business?

From 1990, growing up in Seaview, used to deejay on Stereo One, owned by Crack Skull, with Shabba Ranks.

What has been your greatest challenge in the business yet?

Overcoming player haters and bad rumours.

What have you been up to lately?

Recently shot the video for Sweep. After that, will be shooting the video for Dip Again. I have several shows coming up like Irie Jamboree and Champions In Action on Saturday. I'm also doing some recording for producers like Don Carleon, Q45 and Demarco.

Do you look up to any specific artiste?

Yeah, Killa, Shabba, Super Cat, Ninja and Capleton. Killer, cause a him a di one weh carry Scare Dem in the frontier. Shabba and Super Cat, mi jus look up to dem man deh, and if yuh love Shabba yuh haffi like Ninja Man.

Are you happy with the way things are going for your career right now?

Very, very happy, because some friend that we use to laugh wid not here, wi get rid of the bad weed. Nobody weh round wi now nah carry nuh badmind feelings.

Anything you'd like to change about it?

Well, jus staying away from hypocrites.

What are your future plans?

To set a foundation weh, after the music, mi have tings weh mi can tek care a miself, like real estate.

Do you have any advice for young artistes coming up?

Remember where you're coming from, put God first in everything and respect people.
