James Hinds
The police have released the names of two men they believe are responsible for a number of murders committed in St Catherine, Kingston, St Andrew and St Thomas. They are seeking the help of the public to locate these men, who they say, are armed and very dangerous.
James Hinds, otherwise called 'Carpenter' and 'Destiny', has been identified as a major person of interest. Hinds, it is believed, is connected to murders committed in the Lauriston, Tredegar Park and Gravel Heights sections of St Catherine. It is also believed that he was involved in the murder of 21-year-old Lionel 'Nanni Boy' Williams, whose head was found in the Tredegar Park Square on September 4.
Hinds, who is reportedly aligned to the Clansman gang, is said to be involved in a bitter feud with another wanted man, Donald 'Negus' Brown, said to be aligned to the opposing One Order gang. This rift has been pinpointed as one of the causes for the bloodletting in the old capital.
Several murders
Hinds is five feet 10 inches tall, of medium build and dark complexion, and walks with a limp. He reportedly frequents the Jones Avenue, Lauriston, De La Vega City and Gravel Heights areas, on the outskirts of Spanish Town.
The other man has been identified as Rupert Wallace, otherwise called 'Rupie', 'Killer Miller', 'Johnson', 'Clifford', 'Jubby' and 'Francisco'.

Wallace, who is wanted for several murders in Kingston, St Andrew and St Thomas, is now being sought for breaching the conditions of his bail. Checks by the police revealed that Wallace, who was recently granted bail, has not been adhering to a curfew order that was designed to keep him at a particular location between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. He has also failed to adhere to the reporting aspect of his bail, failing to report to the specified police station at the stipulated times.
Wallace is approximately 47 years old, five feet eight inches tall, of dark complexion and medium build, with scars on his knees, chin and elbow.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Wallace and Hinds may contact the police by calling Operation Kingfish (811), Crime Stop (311), or Police Control at 119.
