Jerdene Wilson pleaded guilty to sexual assault when he appeared in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court on Friday. He was given bail in the sum of $50,000 with condition.

The court was told that the accused repeatedly had sex with the complainant, who is his stepdaughter, who is now pregnant. The matter was reported to the police by the complainant's mother.

Resident Magistrate Glen Brown advised Wilson that his bail will be allowed with condition. "The condition is that you will have to find a place to live, you cannot stay in the same house with your stepdaughter," the RM said.

The matter will again be mentioned on November 14.
