Magnum 'Cash-Een' at Shockwave

Dwight Nelson, Star Writer

Bounty Killer in a war-like mood at Magnum Cash-Een-Again promotion.

When host Fancy Cat took the stage at 11:30 Saturday night at the Magnum Cash-Een-Again campaign at the Shockwave HQ Sports Bar at Willo Gate Plaza, Mandeville, the venue was already jam-packed.

It was a night filled with fun, vibe and high energy as the crowd was well entertained by Fancy Cat, Dancer Chi Ching Ching, G Maffia and special guest artiste Bounty Killer.

Throughout the night, there were regular shouts of 'Cri Crick Crick' by host Fancy Cat as well as the audience, which was only too eager to participate.

There were lots of giveaways of Magnum buckets and three persons were very lucky as they won the chance to enter the Magnum Money machine to grab for cash.

Dancer Chi Ching Ching had his time entertaining the crowd as he called several 'fluffy' girls from the crowd to join him on stage before he had his time with the Magnum Girls.

The crowd was kept in tune, during intervals, by solid juggling from Stone Love, which kept patrons in a frantic mood through out the night.

G Maffia was called on stage at 1:30 am and managed to stir the vibe among patrons while doing his 15-minute performance which included songs such as Money Mi A Look.

The crowd however, erupted when the 'Warlord' Bounty Killer was called on stage at 1:45 am, as several flames from torches were seen through out the jam-packed venue.

Bounty went into his catalogue for some of his old hits including Originality, Sufferer, and Gal You Hotter Than, which had the crowd rocking to his delight.

The Warlord lashed out at the Monster Empire before he sent a message to the 'Warhead', Merciless that he should not mess around with him.

Bounty then moved on to address Ninja Man, who he described as "everything and nothing," before drawing another tune.

Before the Killer exited the stage, he drew a counteraction on Beenie Man's song, Mi A De Gal Dem Fish, which caused the crowd to erupt with cheers.

It was then back to more juggling by Stone Love, as patrons were kept well entertained until about 3 a.m. when explosions (gunshots) in the venue sent everyone scattering.

The shots reportedly resulted from an altercation in the crowd. No one was injured in the incident.
