Promoter of the 'Stir It Up' party, Desmond Steele, has expressed great confidence in the build-up to his annual party.
The event, which will be held at Peppers, Upper Waterloo Road, St Andrew, on Saturday, will feature veteran selectors who have mastered the turntables over the years.
Best over the years
"As you can see, we go for the best over the years. Stir It Up has been, and still is, the best '80s and '90s party, just as how our tag line suggested," said Steele.
"Because of our tag line, we have a certain standard to live up to, so we play and promote good music - not like any other promoters," he commented.
Shuttle service for patrons
Steele, in anticipation of a strong turnout, has prepared a shuttle service for patrons, as additional parking will be made available in front of the Canadian High Commission.
"Our aim is to make the people have fun and more fun, Stir It Up is a clean party. Patrons who came here before would talk about it with their friends. It's a good location, a very good party and most importantly, a very affordable party. What you get here is better than anywhere," said Steele.
Delivered to their doorsteps
He also said that patrons could get tickets delivered to their doorsteps courtesy of Just Call Couriers. Tickets are also available at the gate for $900 and $700 pre-sold.
"We are the first promoters to deliver tickets to the doorsteps of our patrons; we always ensure that our patrons are served properly," he added.
