The Asylum nightclub will celebrate one of its own come January 1.

Kingston's dancehall hot spot will host the birthday celebration of Earl Samuels, long time manager of the club.

Popularly known as 'Father Earl', Samuels' celebrations will have the nightclub pumping with performances from top-rank dancehall artistes like Anthony B, Baby Cham, Munga, Assassin, 'the doctor' Beenie Man and diamond-selling Big Yard recording artiste, Shaggy.

The event, sponsored by Hypnotiq and Hennessy, will also have some of Jamaica's hottest disc jocks on the wheels of steel, alongside Asylum's award-winning selectors, including ZJ Liquid, Code Red, Arif Cooper, Colin Hines and Geefus from the Immortal Stone Love.

And what would an event at the Asylum be without some incentives for the ladies to come out? To this end, the first 100 ladies will get free admission, while 'Father Earl' himself promises more surprises for his friends, family, and patrons who turn out to help him celebrate yet another year inside the Asylum.
