Christian Pen outclassed Greater Portmore 4-2 at the Passagefort playing field, on Sunday to lift the Genus Pharmacy-sponsored mid-season football title for the second time in three years.
Christian Pen, through goals from Patrick Smalling (29th), and Jermaine Fogah (32nd), led their opponents 2-0 at half-time. The introduction of veteran player Clive Lawrence in the 76th minute bore fruit. The crafty Lawrence ignited the crowd with a double strike in four minutes.

First, he intercepted a back pass by the Greater Portmore defence and scored to the far corner of goalie Ramone Reid.
Lawrence scored his second by redirecting a cross from the electrifying Pete Spence, giving Christian Pen a commanding 4-0 lead.
Greater Portmore substitute Keino Walker scored in 86th minute, before Ransford McKenzie netted a minute later from the penalty spot, to make it 4-2.
