Dear Pastor,
I am a teenage girl who attends a prominent high school in St. Andrew. I do well in my schoolwork, but I am having a few difficulties.
I live in a home where I do not get the time to study and there is no place to get away from all the noise, just to be by myself.
I try to study at school, but sometimes it's hard as I still cannot get the time to study. I still do well at school, but it would be much better if I was in a better place. I do love my home, but I think it's affecting me in a bad way, as I have external exams coming up.
I do not know what to do. Can you please give me some insight. I am very worried I might fail and let down my family, friends and teachers. Please, help me, pastor.

Dear A. W.,
Continue to do your very best by studying at school and when you go home, go to bed early and wake up early in the morning and do some more studies before you get ready to go to school. If your parents would allow you, go to the library a couple times a week, especially on a Saturday to study. If you think your parents might question whether you are going to the library, have one of your school friends join you.
If your dad or a member of the family has a car, he or she can drop you at the library and pick you up.
Pastor.
