I want your honest opinion or thoughts. Tell me, why is it that when you're straight and not carefree in relationships, you finish last?

It says this to me. You play by the rules, you don't cheat and you don't depend on anybody at all and a host of other stuff but as you get older you find yourself alone.

Pointless

I am dating, but it's pointless. what's worse, when the dating scene doesn't work, I find myself back with a person with whom I am unequally yoked and this person sees me as too independent! I truly don't know how I will end up, especially since I want kids. This year, I am 32.

Tell me, what do you think?

Dear Last Man,

Perhaps you are not willing to give and take. Because you believe that you are a man, so to speak, every woman should listen to you and that every woman needs you but you don't really need them. You fail to understand that in a relationship, one cannot have his own way at all times. One has to learn to compromise.

What rules?

A man will never fully know a woman and a woman will never fully know a man. They can live in harmony if they respect each other. You don't have to be a loner but if you are looking for a perfect woman, you will never find her because you are not perfect either, although you may think that you are. You talk about playing by the rules. wHat rules?

I want to suggest that you sit with a psychologist and discuss your problems with him because just reading your letter tells me that you have a problem and you need professional help.
