How did you get started in the business?

It was with Bally's International Sound System in Brooklyn, New York, as a deejay I get my first exposure chanting on the version of the record.

What has been your greatest challenge in the business?

Lack of proper management.

What have you been up to lately?

I just released two albums Coming Home and Only King Selassie I and promoting my current Tren-Setta-produced single, Pressuring The Poor, featuring Spryng I.

Do you look up to any specific artiste and why?

Garnett Silk, Sam Cooke, Jacob Miller, Dennis Brown and Sizzla. These artistes are a great inspiration to me.

Are you happy with the way things are going for your musical career right now?

Yes, I am now getting more recognized and the fans have always appreciate, my music.

Do you have any advice for young artistes coming up?

Stay focused and remember when you do a song, music is a powerful tool. Once it is released, it lives on. Also, get yourself educated about the music business.

Where do you see your career in the future?

I would like to own a studio so I can produce some young artistes, cause I want to do something for them.
