Sadiki Nembhard, aka Es Kae, says he hopes to change the negative image that is associated with some aspects of the entertainment fraternity.

The artiste, who currently has a single released in Germany, entitled Dem A Foe, says despite his recent entry into the DJ fraternity, he has been affiliated with the music for a number of years and has even written songs such as Dutty Lick for DJ Kid Kurrupt and Ice Breaker along with Flavour Unit.

"I am from the Cumberland community and I realise that I can impart positive vibes to the music. It is badly in need of that now. And it is for that reason I decided to go full time (in music), having worked elsewhere before, I know that this music can be fulfilling," he said.

The St George's old boy, who has performed on shows like the Portmore Talent Search, New Year's Day Cumberland Showa and other local events, says the time has come for him to take his talent to the world.

The artiste, who says his motivation comes from the likes of Elephant Man, whom he use to spar with, and originally hails from Fletcher's Land in Kingston, says he is ready to make a change in the music.

As for the business aspect of the music, the graduate of the University College of the Caribbean says he is ready and has copyrighted his material to reap maximum success.
