Accused charged for 'Magnum' attack |

|
A man accused of hitting a woman in the head with a Magnum bottle, said he did it because the complainant's son molested his daughter. The accused, who is charged with assault occasioning bodily harm, appeared before Resident Magistrate Judith Pusey in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court on Thursday. caught on top The accused told the court that he was angry because the complainant's son was caught on top of his five-year-old daughter and checks by doctors confirmed that she had been molested.
