Portsmouth and Cumberland for Division One final

Portmore clubs Portsmouth and Cumberland earned the right to meet each other in the St Catherine Football Association Division One final this Thursday after second-leg semi-final wins over McCook's Pen and Waterford, respectively, at the Prison Oval.

In the opening game, Cumberland edged their Portmore counterparts Waterford 1-0 to advance 1-0 on aggregate while the feature match was a seven-goal thriller, as Portsmouth turned back McCook's Pen 4-3, to advance 5-4 on aggregate.

Dwayne Dormand, Andre Austin, Kevin Williams and Ranique Davis scored for Portsmouth. Dowen Brown, Nicardo Hibbert and Oneil Salmon netted for McCook's Pen.

The two finalists automatically qualify for the Major League.
