The show opened with performances from Dance Expressionz - Bar-Bee adding her bit in between and a performance by Tifa to close, dropping her single, 'Bottom A di Barrel'. However, it was the performance from Card Unit that stole the show.

Coming into this week's show, Card Unit was in the bottom three based on votes, but were determined to stay afloat, as the duo delivered an above par performance.

From the get go, Card Unit was on top of their game. Entering the stage to Martin McCutheon's Love Me, the group had total crowd control, their precise movements and electrifying performance left the crowd wanting more and earned them rave reviews from all judges.

the best performers

So good was Card Unit, the judges, including guest judge Tony Wilson, all gave them a perfect score, making them the best performers on the night, edging out Unlimited Dancers for the top spot.

Riding on a high from previous weeks, Unlimited Dancers again showed that they too were strong contenders, as they racked up 29 points, one point shy of a perfect score.

Dancin' Dynamites, with just eight groups remaining, saw a larger turnout when compared to previous weeks, showing just how much the show has been growing.

During the breaks, host Jenny Jenny kept the vibe going and as usual, showed why she is one of the best in the business, as she poked fun at the members of the audience. She went a bit further when DJ Roger from Hitz 92 Fm, played Ne-Yo's Miss Independent.

"Ne-Yo a real maama man, hear why him love the girl," she said, as the line "She got her own things, that's why I love her," was played, to laughter from the crowd. "Nobody nuh fi deh wid Ne-Yo," she added.

Back onstage, the performers were dancing for survival, and Mad Squad gave a good account, copping 26 points, ending with the third highest score. Ed Hardy, Mad Links and Target Squad, all scored in the 20s.

Legend Squad and Ro'Kel fell on hard times and this showed in their scores, as neither group made it out of the teens, both ending up with 19 points - giving them the lowest scores.
