Dear Pastor,

I have been married to my husband for 16 years. When I met him he said he had one child, now he has five! The children's ages range from two to 16 years. This man has cheated on me throughout our entire marriage. He even seems to talk to the worst kind of women as they are very disrespectful and have no class.

I really love my husband but I am ready to give up on him although it is very hard. He has a green card but refuses to reside in the USA. I did so much for this man and his family. He is now begging me to work out the marriage but I really don't think I can trust him again.

What do you think? Should I give him a second chance? Is there any hope for us? I think I am too good for him. I can honestly say I have never cheated on him. We have a 15-year-old son together. Please help me. God bless you sir.

Although this man has been very unfaithful, you have declared that you love him very much. I sense that although you are fed-up with his behaviour, you are reluctant to leave him. He wants the marriage to continue. Therefore, I suggest that both of you seek the help of a family counsellor.

Your husband is not behaving as an intelligent man. He is very irresponsible and disrespectful. It is totally up to you whether you will bring an end to this marriage. Counselling would help you to make an intelligent decision.
