Lenn Hammond reveals 'Raw Soul'

Reggae singer/songwriter Lenn Hammond is anticipating the summer release of his second album Raw Soul.

"My songs (on the album) are about reality, not about giving a woman the stars and the moon, Raw Soul is about tangibility," he stated.

The album will include his latest single, Take Me Girl, which has enjoyed number one spots on international and Internet charts.

Lenn Hammond, who is the nephew of international lovers rock reggae singer Beres Hammond, has received over four international awards for Reggae single of the year, Best Reggae album and two Male vocalist of the year awards.

He is also known for his song, Mix Up Moods, which was released in 2001, and was a cover of a 1977 hit by the reggae group, Fantastic Four. Hammond has also collaborated with various artistes such as CeCile, Yogi, Kris Kelli, Tina Nunez and others. With a voice as soulful as his uncle, Hammond will continue to croon soulful and tender love songs.
