Hate, greed and envy are ever present in our society, which many will agree, is way too corrupt.

Just last week, the police in St Catherine said they might lay charges against the brother of 'Farmer Greg', whose life was snuffed out at his farm on May 29.

The cops say the brother is the main suspect in the murder.

Now, if the information which the cops have that has led to this jaw-dropping development is true, (murdering a relative), then it is unimaginable as to what would happen to another person who was not a relative.

Though investigations are still ongoing, one cannot help but wonder what could make a man kill his own flesh and blood. Such thoughts should never be considered by anyone.

if the suspect is found guilty, he should feel the full force of the law.

Dreadful acts like this only serve as reminders of the evil society in which we live.

The society needs to be cleansed. too often do we have to hang our heads in shame while wrongdoers gallivant along their paths of wickedness.

Yet again, we are the ones who make them continue on that path by turning our heads away from their wicked actions.

That is unacceptable!
