Sixty-six cases for St Elizabeth Circuit Court

Sixty-six cases are set for trial in the Easter session of the St Elizabeth Circuit Court which began yesterday.

There are 35 Gun Court matters and 31 juror matters.

Justice Gloria Smith is the presiding judge, while Jeremy Taylor is representing the prosecution.

Attorney-at-law Velma Hylton welcomed the judge and promised her their fullest cooperation. The judge, in reply, thanked everyone and wished for a good and productive circuit.

The circuit is scheduled to last for the next six weeks.
