Dear Pastor,

I am a regular reader of your column. I just want to warn those men out there who want to have sex with every strange woman who visits the community that some of these women are AIDS carriers. I know of one such woman. I spoke to her personally.

Pastor, I am worried about this. She is about to wreck our community. The men don't even have to call her and she is present. Because she confided in me, I cannot tell anyone. This is a fact. She goes from parish to parish.

Dear Concerned Citizen,

What you are saying is nonsense! If you know for sure that this woman has HIV/AIDS, and is promiscuous, you should inform her that you will report her to the authorities. You have a moral obligation to do so. If you do not do so, you cannot consider yourself a good citizen.

So, tell this lady if she does not desist from having unprotected sex with these men, you will report it to the relevant authorities.
