Both the Pick-9 and Super-6 start anew at Caymanas Park tomorrow, the Pick-9 having been caught by only one punter. He received a cool $1.9 million.

The Pick-9 will embrace races three to 11 on tomorrow's programme, the Super-6 from six to 11. We take a brief look at the Super-6 which gets under way with a $180,000 claiming race to be contested by eight starters.

This race will more than likely come down to a three-cornered tussle involving the down-in-class CHINA TOWN, NAVAJOJOE who finished third to in-form EL PEQUENO over the distance last Saturday, and SIMPLY AWESOME, who has been fairly consistent.

CHINA TOWN has won two of his last three races and now back to his happy hunting ground after that fair fifth to RICKAYBA over 1400 metres last time out, gets the nod over NAVAJOJOE who will now have the services of champion jockey Omar Walker.

Briefly, BLUE MARLIN, now dropped in class, is preferred to Saturdays scorer MAGNIFICO and RAJPUT in the seventh race (claiming $390,000-$340,000) over 1400 metres, while the speedy VENICE MELESSA gets the nod over BRAWTA and TRAINER'S CHOICE in the eighth race over 1100 metres confined to the Jockeys School's trainees, who will graduate as full-fledged apprentices towards the end of this month.

SERGEANT STONEHAN, with Walker up, looks a banker in the ninth, so too RUM TALK in the 10th for the L.R. 'Bob' Mayall Memorial Trophy over 1600 metres to be contested by only four starters. Then, take BROTHERLY LOVE to beat VONALMIGHTY and FEE FI FOE in the nightpan.
