Rising 400 metres hurdles star Isa Phillips will be one of several Jamaicans who will compete at today's Tsiklitiria Grand Prix in Athens, Greece.

Phillips gets a chance for quick revenge against American World champion Kerron Clement who defeated him in the one-lap obstacle event at the Golden Gala meet in Rome last Friday. Also in the field is Jamaica's 2004 Olympic silver medallist Danny McFarlane.

Olympic 200-metres champion and defending World 100m gold medallist Veronica Campbell-Brown will run in the short sprint against American champion Carmelita Jeter and Bahamian Chandra Sturrup. Campbell-Brown has a best of 11.04 seconds this year for 100m while Jeter has done 10.96.

The meet also features a big clash between top American 400m runners, Olympic 400m champion Lashawn Merritt and two-time World champion Jeremy Wariner.

The women's 400 metres will feature Jamaica's National champion Novelene Williams-Mills and Shereefa Lloyd. The field also includes Americans Natasha Hastings and Deedee Trotter.
