My life is like a rocky road. I was with a man who tried to control me in every way he could. I could not go anywhere. My friends stopped calling me because of him. I left him and he started to stalk me. He rang my phone constantly. He would call me straight throughout the night and he would also send me abusive messages. Everywhere I go he's there. I tried so badly to get him out my life but the more I try the more problems he brings.

Please help me because I don't know what to do.

You need to see a lawyer. You need to take this man to court. You can never be sure that he would do something to hurt you. He is a stalker. therefore, he cannot be trusted. See a lawyer, immediately.
