The drama between deejay Busy Signal and his alleged baby mother Shantal Chin continues to heat up as Chin has responded to the deejay's claim that he will be filing for custody of their daughter.

In Wednesday's STAR, Chin disclosed that she had visited the Family Court in Kingston and a summons issued for them both to appear for counselling on October 7th.

Chin also produced a paternity test that proved that there is a 99.9999 per cent probability that Busy Signal is the father of her daughter. She further disclosed that she was seeking to have a regular method of payment set up to support her child.

In yesterday's STAR, Busy Signal claimed that he had spoken to his lawyer and would be filing for custody of of the child after what he described as false claims by the mother that he was a delinquent father.

When THE WEEKEND STAR spoke back with Chin yesterday, she said that she would fight any custody battle that the artiste wants to start.

She said: "he has only seen the baby one time, so how him a come talk about custody now? He can't get custody of her, he's crazy. He's the one that decided not to see her and he's the one that disowned her saying she wasn't his own. I've called and asked if he doesn't want to see her and nothing."

She continued, "he's being immature. He just needs to sort out something to take care of her, cause no matter what, he has to take care of her."

For Chin, she doesn't have a problem if Busy Signal wants to spend time with their daughter, but at this point, all she wants is for him to set up a proper maintenance system for their child.
