THE EDITOR, Sir:

This is an open letter to the gentleman who was attacked after buying feminine hygiene product for his woman.

It is disheartening to hear what happened to you and it should not go unaddressed. What was evident in that situation was your kindness, decency and the beautiful love that you and your girlfriend share.

Your intelligence and decency are priceless and certainly surpass the attempted degradation of that incident. What you did, and who you are cannot be paid for or beaten.

I, and I'm sure many conscious others thank you for living and being a truly decent and exemplary person.
