Decomposed body found

The decomposing body of a man, believed to be in the mid 30s, was found at Moreland Estate in Manchester on Sunday.

The body is of dark complexion, stout build and about 170 centimetres (5 feet 7 inches) long. It was clad in a blue-and-white striped shirt, blue jeans and black Nike sneakers.

The Constabulary Communication Network's Liaison Officer for Manchester reported that at about 11:45 a.m., a man discovered the body with the hands missing, and called the police. Officers who responded discovered that it also had a wound to the head. The lawmen processed the scene and the body was removed to the morgue for post-mortem and identification.

The Mandeville Police are investigating.
