Twin sisters Channett and Chanice Thompson declared that although they live like the proverbial 'two peas in a pod' they still have some differences.

"Channett is the one that always going on like she love to fight, but she can't manage me," Chanice said.

"Listen to her, I don't know what she is talking about as you can see that I am the one in charge," Channett replied.

The daughters of Rohan Thompson were born on December 11, 1991 in Harkers Hall, St Catherine, with Channett weighing four pounds and Chanice four and a quarter pounds.

They claimed they fight for each other and oftentimes people do not know them differently, so,they get away with things. "Sometimes when something goes wrong with one of us and persons tried to find out, either of us would say we are the other and they can hardly see the difference. It's cool," Channett, the more talkative of the two, said.

feelings and convictions

Though Chanice and her sister have major similarities in the subjects they pursued at St Mary's College, they have different career ambitions. "We did Principle of Business, English, Science and Mathematics, I want to become a lawyer and my sister wants to become a midwife,'' Chanice said.

In a chorus they told The Star they dominated their school's track programme until their graduation last year. "When it comes to the running we were dominant in the 100 and 200 meters until we graduated," Channett said with a smile.

While admitting they can feel the pains and emotions of each other, both teens said they have individual views, feelings and convictions.
