Four escaped custody in Mandeville |

|
The Mandeville police are seeking the assistance of the public in apprehending four men who escaped police custody early yesterday morning. A police source said that the men may have escaped between the early hours of 2 and 6 a.m. The police indicated that the men forced their way through a grill at the facility. "The men forced their way through a slit opening of a grill at the prison," said the officer. Up to late yesterday, the names of the men had not yet been released as, according to the police, the case is one of a sensitive nature and needs to be approached with extreme care. The police are continuing their investigation. |
