Both men are from Swamp Road district. Police told THE STAR that about 8:30 a.m. Miller was sitting on a wall when Wright, armed with a machete, approached him from behind and chopped him on the neck. Police said Wright tried to escape but was held by irate residents who chopped him several times. Both men died on the spot. Their bodies were removed to the morgue after the processing of the crime scene. The Yallahs police are investigating. |
