One of the persons listed as wanted by the St Thomas Police is now in police custody.

He is Gavin Hugh Palmer, of a Retreat address in the parish.

Palmer turned himself in at the Morant Bay Police Station in the presence of his lawyer at about 7 p.m. yesterday. He was wanted for rape, and is to be interviewed today.
