The police have arrested an 18-year-old girl after it was alleged that she forcibly performed oral sex on a nine-year-old girl, while covering up her mouth with a pillow to conceal her screams.

The teen was arrested on Monday for breaching the Child Care and Protection Act. She is now in custody awaiting a court appearance.

The allegations received by the police are that the woman used the pillow, and played music at a high volume to cover the child's cries for help.

Further claims are that the child had been lured to the woman's house after hearing the music. It is said that the child started to dance to the music but was then held by the accused.

It is said that the accused used her finger and mouth on the child's private area before kissing her several times.

According to police reports, when the child started to scream, the woman reportedly covered her mouth with a pillow and continued the act. Another child who is said to be a relative of the victim is said to have seen the woman in the act but was threatened by her.

The act was said to have been revealed when the accused called a phone that the child had been using, and her mother, who was at church at the time, answered it. It is said that the mother became suspicious and searched the phone where she discovered a message sent to the child.

The message was said to have been explicit, mentioning the accused woman's sexual desire for the child and wish to repeat the act.

After the mother questioned the child, a subsequent report was made to the police. An investigation was launched which resulted in the woman being taken into custody.
