The Star Block crew poses for the camera. - Anthony Minott photos The third staging of the monthly party series, Chicken Back Satdaze, lived up to expectations. A fair-size crowd descended on South Keswick place in Cumberland, the headquarters of Young Swag promoter Kimone, where Chicken Back Satdaze - The Sweets 'n' Treats Edition - kicked off about 9 p.m. with warm-up music from resident DJs of Hennessy disco. The party fans enjoyed mixed liquor and jerked chicken back, while the ladies 'wined' and 'bruk eh dung', as the juggling went into full swing. At about 11 p.m,. scores of patrons came pouring into the venue. They rolled in on bikes motor cars and by foot. As promised, women received lollipops on entry and free jello shots were on the house. The women were in for a treat as they moved their waistlines to Baby Cham's Wine and Tifa's Move Yuh Body. However, it was DJ Canta and DJ Kippo who managed to send the crowd in a frenzy with taunting lyrics and utterances which saw women displaying their acrobatic skills.
