"The lyrics of the song have almost become an anthem for hot girls everywhere." That's the word from 'O', the female voice on high-riding hit single Tun Up which also features dancehall heavyweight Cham. The two, who are arguably dancehall's hottest couple, are also responsible for a slew of popular, club-rocking tunes including Wine and That Way. "Tun Up is one of the hottest songs right now. Women especially love it, they love dancing to it, they love 'walking out' to it. It just a tun up dancehall right now," Cham added. The song, produced by Dave Kelly, continues to peak on dancehall charts around the world, while the song's official video gets regular rotation on local cable stations. "That's something we are looking at, making sure we promote the song in the right way. In Jamaica, and even the Caribbean, the song is ripping up the radio and the video is being played on local stations. We want to take it even further, especially during the summer," Cham continued. As the busy summer period heats up, the duo say they expect Tun Up to do even better. In the same breath, the Ghetto Story and Vitamin S DJ also noted that come this weekend, 'O' will be making her debut on a Jamaican stage, something she is excited about. Both Cham and 'O' will be performing at this year's staging of Caribbean Fashion Week (CFW). "I'm excited and calm now," she laughed. "I know that a little before showtime, I'm going to get a little nervous. I'm still new at being an artiste and being on stage with him (Cham) is a big thing for me, but knowing he is there will keep me calm as we tun it up," she remarked. Asked if there's anything special planned for CFW, she said "this is the largest fashion show in the Caribbean, so I'm having fun getting my outfit together and getting my hair and nails done, right. This is the fun part for me because I absolutely love fashion."
