Master One Productions opens new studio

Master One Productions recently opened a new studio at its Ballater Avenue headquarters in Kingston.

In a release to THE STAR, Chief Executive Officer Jyorken Kennedy said that the new facility will now enable the company to deliver on what it had set out to accomplish.

"Creatively and musically, the changes at Master One Productions have been our new studio facility which is now up and running and we are ready to deliver on what we have been selling to the public, which is Master One Productions," Kennedy explained.

"The company has been working audaciously over the past few years in the areas of music production and artiste management and will continue to expand on those areas," the CEO said.

"We are developing and promoting new talent that is hungry and willing to work hard to achieve their goals. We are also targeting clean reggae and dancehall music while promoting our artistes and the music globally," the release read.

Additionally, the company plans to make an impact in the CD/DVD market with duplication for major players within the industry.

Known for its production of the First Born rhythm project, Master One Productions has been working with rising artiste Denno over the past two years.

One of the newest charges under the label's roster is hot newcomer Tidal, whose singles Ball Groundand Give It To Me Baby, featuring Gyptian, have been impacting radio.

Radio jock Ron Muschette is also being booked and managed by the company, the release noted.

"We are looking to expand the talent pool once we can find a talent that loves what he or she does and is a hard worker," the release quoted Kennedy as saying.

Currently, the company is working on various projects with local and overseas artistes as well as producers.
