Investigators have strong leads in gruesome killings |

|
Investigators attach to the St Ann police say they have strong leads as they work to identify a suspect in the connection with Saturday's gruesome double murder at a bar in the parish. Those killed were identified as Shamone Henry, 26, of Faith's Pen in the parish, and 52-year-old Jashman Douglas of Clarendon. According to police reports, residents of Johnson Grove in the parish heard explosions around 7:30 p.m. and summoned the cops who later found the bodies of Henry and Douglas in a bar. bartender Henry was reportedly employed at the bar as the bartender. "We have been receiving some information and we are pursuing some very strong leads so hopefully as we continue the investigation these suspects can be arrested and questioned," one investigator told THE STAR yesterday. |
