We are playing at more parties now, getting more feedback from the streets and corporate events," he told THE WEEKEND STAR. "It tek a great turn. Jamrock is known as a big juggling sound from downtown, but now we a get the respect. The response is even greater than the money," Aggart added. dedicated to supporters Based on the support that the sound system has been getting in recent times, a part of the anniversary party will be dedicated to these people. Some of the awards that will be presented are 'Most Improved Sound', 'Most Consistent Sound', 'Selector of the Year', Party of the Year' and 'Jamrock Best Supporter of the Year'. "We did the award last year, but we did it on the spot. This year we organise it a little better. It's a way to show appreciation to the fans and people who put out quality work when putting on events. "The last time it wasn't something that we promoted and the feedback was so great," Aggart said, noting that patrons who arrive early will be getting giveaways. That is not the only treat, as Aggart said the event will be hosted by Subkonshus members such as Konshens, Delus and Darrio. Bounty Killer will be making a guest appearance and music will be played by Stone Love, Jamrock, 007 Sound and Nitro Squad. With last year's event doing well, Aggart also has high expectations for this upcoming staging. "The last one was exciting, 'cause even when the rain came down patrons were still there. It was a great electrifying vibe. We a anticipate one night of magic," he told THE WEEKEND STAR. |
