NWC advises customers of supply disruption

The National Water Commission (NWC) is advising customers in sections of Clarendon served by the Woodside Deep Well that they will experience a disruption in their water supply on Tuesday, July 3, between the hours of 6 a.m., and 5 p.m.

This interruption in service is to facilitate works that will be carried out by the Jamaica Public Service Company Limited.

Areas that will be affected include Woodside, Pleasant Valley, Race Track, Rose Hall, Pennant Wood, Jacobs Hut and Denbigh. Other areas to be affected are sections of Foga Road, Clarendon Gardens, Midland Glades and the Glenmuir Housing Scheme. The May Pen town and its environs, Manchester Avenue, Glenmuir Road, Glenmuir Terrace, Glenmuir Drive and Jackson Street will also have disruptions to their water supply.

The NWC is therefore urging customers to store water for use during the period of disruption.
