Rickey Teetz delivered at Ink Up Reloaded

Montego Bay-based recording artiste Rickey Teetz delivered the goods at Ink Up Reloaded last weekend.

He gave an intense performance alongside Charly Blacks that energised his fans in western Jamaica. He earned several forwards, kicking off his segment with Money We a Pree before seguing into Rise Up, Dutty Badmind, and 1000 Block A Day, a street anthem in Montego Bay.

He closed hisperformance with a smooth R&B flavoured Girl I Wanna Know, a song that showed his versatility, and had the ladies in the audience screaming their approval.

"The crowd really responded well, and because of how well it went, I wasinstantly booked for another event by a promoter that was at the event," Rickey Teetz said.

As his legend grows in western Jamaica, the maturity and growth of Rickey Teetz is evident each time he steps on a stage, and the demand for his services is growing. He has been booked to appear on Pink Friday on July 6 at the Zinc Shack, and he has two shows, Blackout/UTI at Pier One in Montego Bay and Summer Swagger in St Elizabeth on July 7. Other bookings include Damhead Dancehall Queen on July 20, Half Naked on July 22, and Shapes and Shades on July 29.

In the past few months, Rickey Teetz has performed on the same stage with most of the big acts such as Bounty Killer, Wayne Marshall, Aidonia, and Konshens. Rickey Teetz has performed on major events such as Britjam Fantasy Island, Live on the Waterfront, Margaritaville's Clubville Relaunch, Jamfest, Wakesfield Jerkfest and several others.

Teetz is a well-known party promoter, entrepreneur and father of two daughters. He finds balance between his creative life and the hectic demands of his personal and business commitments.

Rickey Teetz' new single, Life Goes On, is already on regular radio rotation in Jamaica, Switzerland, parts of Africa and Panama. The single was produced by Inspired Music Concepts, while the fast-paced single So Wild produced by Da Wiz Sniper is already generating a big buzz in Montego Bay.
