Crystal Harrison, Staff Reporter

Perverted men are travelling through thick crowds in downtown Kingston carrying out their dirty acts, THE STAR has learnt.

One such perverted act occurred last week when a man, who was pretending to be a customer in a wholesale, was caught red-handed ejaculating on a schoolgirl's uniform.

THE STAR understands that the female student was standing in the crowded wholesale when a good Samaritan raised an alarm and pointed out a white substance on her uniform.

It is reported that the accused man, who had ejaculated on the female student's uniform, was quickly pointed out and subsequently beaten.

viciously beaten

Reports reaching THE STAR are that the accused man was viciously beaten by an angry mob.

Further reports are that on-duty cops who got word of the incident had to quickly whisk away the accused man to a nearby police station.

Another woman, who confirmed the incident, said that two weekends ago, she was also a victim of a pervert.

Superintendent Steve McGregor, head of the Kingston Central Police Division, while unable to give specific details after the incident at the wholesale, said he had heard of similiar occurrences. The superintendent said anywhere there are large crowds, these things tend to happen.
