A 22-year-old woman and her 19-year-old boyfriend, are to appear in the Mandeville Resident Magistrate's Court tomorrow on a charge of murder.

They are Roxanne Lottory and Otis Hutchinson, who were both charged for the murder of Lottory's mother Melanie Lindo Thompson.

Thompson was found dead at her home in Carter District, Craig Head, Manchester, by neighbours on June 21. Her body had several stab wounds.

Following investigations by the Christiana police, Lottory and Hutchinson were arrested.

They were subsequently charged with Thompson's murder last Tuesday.
